For several months now, there have been a number of rumors and conjectures regarding Nitesh Tiwari’s “Ramayana.” Although there hasn’t been any official word on this, Sai Pallavi will play Sita and Ranbir Kapoor will play Lord Ram. However, rumors from a few days back stated that Vijay Sethupathi would play Vibhishan and “KGF” actor Yash would play Raavan.

Reports suggest that Sunny Deol will be playing the character of ‘Hanuman’ in the epic trilogy.

According to a source quoted by Pinvilla, “Sunny Deol is all charged up to have gotten once in a lifetime opportunity to play Lord Hanuman. It’s a casting made in heaven, as Lord Hanuman stands for Strength, and who better than Sunny Deol in the present times to play the part with utmost conviction.” The report also mentions that Deol will start shooting for his part in the first part of the trilogy in May 2024.

The actor is set to begin shooting for his part in ‘Ramayana: Part One’ from May 2024 onwards. As per the report, Part One will have Sunny in a guest appearance but his role will be more in the second and third part of this epic trilogy. The makers are also confident that after the mark which Dara Singh made as Hanuman, only Sunny can come close for a similar impact.

‘Ramayana’ Part One is set to go on floors in March 2024 with Ranbir and Sai Pallavi. Reportedly, Lara Dutta has been confirmed to play Kaikeyi. Ranbir has reportedly quit smoking, alcohol and non vegetarian food in order to essay the role of Lord Ram.

POWER CORRIDORS

Former Vice President Venkaiah Naidu commended Power Corridors as a commendable news magazine, affirming that it not only upholds Media Dharma but also fulfills its societal obligations. Power Corridors, as its name implies, delves into realpolitik—examining the essence of influential circles, unraveling the intricacies of political maneuvers, and exploring the pulse of the state’s affairs. However, it transcends mere power dynamics, encompassing a broader spectrum of issues beyond the confines of Delhi’s elite circles.

For PC, which is published by the Interactive Forum on Indian Economy, not only highlights the issues of the day but also throws up what ought to be the subjects that the country should be debating about. It reports about the plans, strategies, and agendas of politicians and others; it also sets the agenda for the nation.
