The death of television actor Sanchita Ugale has taken a troubling turn after her father made serious allegations regarding the circumstances leading up to her demise. The 22-year-old actor, best known for her role in Kumkum Bhagya, was found dead at her residence in Nalasopara, Maharashtra, on June 14, leaving the television industry and her fans in shock.

Speaking to the media, Sanchita Ugale’s father, Machhindra Ugale, claimed that his daughter had been battling emotional distress for several months. According to him, she often appeared upset and would experience sudden episodes of depression despite appearing cheerful at times.
He further alleged that Sanchita was facing continuous harassment and immense pressure from certain individuals. While he did not disclose any names, he claimed that repeated demands, including alleged financial pressures, had significantly affected her mental well-being. Describing the situation as “mental torture,” he said the stress had become overwhelming for the young actor.
