Kangana Ranaut’s remarks on the NEET paper leak protests and Parliament disruptions have reignited political debate, with the BJP MP alleging the Opposition is obstructing reforms while targeting CJP over its demonstrations.

New Delhi, July 27, 2026: BJP MP and actor Kangana Ranaut has intensified her criticism of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), launching a blistering attack on its protests over the alleged NEET paper leak and accusing demonstrators of bringing “filth and ugliness” into public discourse.

Responding to videos of the demonstrations circulating on social media, Ranaut said she found the scenes deeply disturbing. In a series of Instagram posts, she wrote that she had “never in my life seen so much ugliness in one place,” describing the protesters’ language and conduct as “jarring” and “crass.”

“The way they speak and the kind of language they are using… everything in each and every frame is so jarring and so crass all at once. Ewwww… who is birthing and raising them?” she wrote.

Drawing a contrast with what she described as India’s cultural values, Ranaut said the country is home to “diversely beautiful people, draped in elegance and rooted in cultural sophistication.” She then took aim at the CJP, saying, “You call yourself cockroaches and look and behave like them as well. There is no paradox or juxtaposition there, just simply subjecting the world to your filth, garbage and ugliness.”

Kangana Ranaut said:

Never in my life I have seen so much ugliness in one place, these reels from GenZ protests are puke inducing, the way they speak and the kind of language they are using, never in my life I have seen everything in each and every frame so jarring and so crass… pic.twitter.com/pdmAkZYRLs

The BJP leader added that the videos had left her feeling “scarred,” saying she needed “some healing” and a “digital detox” after watching them.

Separately, Ranaut also targeted the Opposition over the disruption of Parliament during the introduction of the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026. She accused Opposition MPs of deliberately stalling proceedings to block reforms in the education sector.

“I think they have made up their minds that until they get the chair, they won’t let Parliament function, no matter how crucial the issues,” Ranaut told reporters. She further alleged that the Opposition’s objective was to ensure that “no work should happen in the country because they did not get the mandate.”

Her remarks come as the government and the Opposition remain locked in a confrontation over the proposed anti-exam malpractice legislation, with the alleged NEET paper leak and student protests continuing to dominate the political debate.

POWER CORRIDORS

Former Vice President Venkaiah Naidu commended Power Corridors as a commendable news magazine, affirming that it not only upholds Media Dharma but also fulfills its societal obligations. Power Corridors, as its name implies, delves into realpolitik—examining the essence of influential circles, unraveling the intricacies of political maneuvers, and exploring the pulse of the state’s affairs. However, it transcends mere power dynamics, encompassing a broader spectrum of issues beyond the confines of Delhi’s elite circles.

For PC, which is published by the Interactive Forum on Indian Economy, not only highlights the issues of the day but also throws up what ought to be the subjects that the country should be debating about. It reports about the plans, strategies, and agendas of politicians and others; it also sets the agenda for the nation.
