The latest episode of Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa witnessed one of its most emotional moments after actor Akanksha Chamola confronted fellow contestant Shreya Kalra for revealing her bisexuality without her permission. The incident, which unfolded in front of the housemates, left Akanksha in tears as she accused Shreya of betraying her trust for the sake of the game.
Why Akanksha Chamola confronted Shreya Kalra
The confrontation was triggered after a conversation between Shreya Kalra and contestant Sufi Motiwala was played inside the house. In the clip, Shreya discussed a deeply personal detail about Akanksha’s life that had never been publicly shared by the actor herself.
The dispute stemmed from an earlier task in which Akanksha chose not to save Shreya from elimination. Following that decision, Shreya allegedly brought up Akanksha’s private life during her conversation with Sufi, leading to a heated fallout in the latest episode.
Akanksha Chamola confirms her bisexuality
Addressing the housemates, Akanksha confirmed that she is bisexual and revealed that she had been in relationships with women before marrying actor Gaurav Khanna. However, she stressed that her sexuality was never the issue.
Akanksha said the real pain came from having a deeply personal part of her life disclosed without her consent. She accused Shreya of using information she had overheard backstage and turning it into a game strategy.
‘You betrayed my trust,’ says Akanksha
After returning to the house following her elimination scare, Akanksha confronted Shreya in front of the contestants. Calling her “the most evil person” she had ever met, Akanksha alleged that Shreya had weaponised a private conversation to gain an advantage in the competition.
She also warned the other contestants to be cautious, claiming that Shreya had crossed personal boundaries by bringing an off-camera conversation into the reality show. The emotional confrontation ended with Akanksha breaking down as she expressed hope that Shreya would one day let go of the bitterness and negativity she believed she carried.
