The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has officially released the UPTET Admit Card 2026 for candidates appearing in the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2026.
The admit card is a mandatory document for appearing in the examination. Candidates must verify all the details mentioned on their hall ticket and carry a printed copy to the exam centre on the day of the examination.

Candidates can access their UPTET 2026 hall ticket by following these steps:
- Visit the official UPESSC website: upessc.up.gov.in
- Click on the UPTET Admit Card 2026 link available on the homepage.
- Enter your registration number/mobile number, name or father’s name, and date of birth.
- Submit the details to access your admit card.
- Check all the information carefully and download the hall ticket.
- Take a printout and keep it safe for the examination day.
If there are any errors in personal details, exam centre information, or other particulars, candidates should immediately contact UPESSC through the official portal to get the discrepancies corrected before the examination.

UPTET 2026 Exam Dates
The UPTET 2026 examination will be conducted on:
- July 2, 2026
- July 3, 2026
- July 4, 2026
The exam will be held at various centres across Uttar Pradesh in offline (pen-and-paper) mode using OMR answer sheets. To manage the large number of candidates, the examination will be conducted in two shifts each day.

UPTET 2026 Exam Pattern
The Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) is conducted for candidates seeking eligibility to become teachers in government and aided schools in the state.
The examination consists of two papers:
- Paper 1: For candidates aspiring to teach Classes 1 to 5 (Primary Level).
- Paper 2: For candidates intending to teach Classes 6 to 8 (Upper Primary Level).
Applicants who wish to teach at both levels must appear for both Paper 1 and Paper 2.
The examination will be conducted in Hindi and English, following the traditional offline format.
