As the probe into YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra’s alleged espionage for Pakistan continues, her evident connections to Bangladesh have surfaced, placing her under increased suspicion and examination by the authorities.

The YouTuber faces allegations of espionage for Pakistan and has been accused of leaking sensitive and strategic details to the rival country. It is reported that she has been in touch with several Pakistani agents, including some operatives from ISI, Pakistan’s intelligence service.

Jyoti was planning to visit Bangladesh soon

As Haryana Police investigates the alleged collaboration between the YouTuber and agents in promoting a Pakistani agenda and leveraging her online platform to sway gullible locals, the authorities have encountered an important detail indicating that the YouTuber intended to visit Bangladesh shortly.

It has access to Jyoti’s visa application form, indicating that her next stop on the itinerary was Bangladesh. A Bangladesh visa application form without a date displays her name written on it, where she indicated her ‘temporary address’ as that in Uttara, Dhaka.

The visa application form is not dated, yet the investigation team suspects her visit aimed to coordinate and connect with Bangladeshi operatives under the pretense of the video shoot.

YouTuber was questioned by NIA and IB on Tuesday

The ‘spy’ video blogger was also questioned by National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Intelligence Bureau (IB) officials on Tuesday regarding supposed connections with Pakistani Intelligence Operatives (PIO).

Authorities familiar with the inquiry revealed that her recent travels abroad to Pakistan, China, and other countries are under intense scrutiny.

Numerous reports indicated that the Haryana YouTuber showed no remorse during questioning and maintained that she was being singled out for her freedom of expression.

POWER CORRIDORS

Former Vice President Venkaiah Naidu commended Power Corridors as a commendable news magazine, affirming that it not only upholds Media Dharma but also fulfills its societal obligations. Power Corridors, as its name implies, delves into realpolitik—examining the essence of influential circles, unraveling the intricacies of political maneuvers, and exploring the pulse of the state’s affairs. However, it transcends mere power dynamics, encompassing a broader spectrum of issues beyond the confines of Delhi’s elite circles.

For PC, which is published by the Interactive Forum on Indian Economy, not only highlights the issues of the day but also throws up what ought to be the subjects that the country should be debating about. It reports about the plans, strategies, and agendas of politicians and others; it also sets the agenda for the nation.
