Former Miss Switzerland Beatrice Keul alleges Donald Trump grabbed her from behind and forcibly raped her in a Plaza Hotel suite in 1993, tearing her dress and leaving her bleeding and bruised.

October 27: In a newly released House Judiciary Committee Democratic staff report, former Miss Switzerland contestant Beatrice Keul delivers a graphic and brutal account of an alleged 1993 rape by Donald Trump at New York’s Plaza Hotel.
According to her interviews with committee staff, the then-24-year-old model and banking professional was at Trump’s American Dream Pageant when he approached her at a press luncheon. He promised to arrange a U.S. visa through associate Paolo Zampolli and secure her admission to NYU, telling her “I will take care of you.” Shortly afterward, Jeffrey Epstein introduced himself as “Don’s best friend,” spoke with her for about ten minutes while smiling toward Trump, and invited her to a Mar-a-Lago party.

Later that day, a Trump representative allegedly summoned her upstairs to a suite. Believing the meeting concerned her visa and education, she entered. Once inside, Keul says Trump suddenly grabbed her from behind and forcibly raped her. He tore her dress, left her bleeding, and inflicted bruising across multiple parts of her body. She described the assault as “brutal.”

“It’s your turn.” Those were the words Beatrice Keul says she heard before an encounter she describes as the biggest shock of her life.
In an interview, she claimed she trusted Trump and had no idea she was walking into what she described as a planned ambush.
Keul recounted how she entered a hotel suite, only for Trump to allegedly jump on her and brutally sexually assault her.
“I trusted him. I believed him,” she said, describing the experience as a devastating betrayal.
These are serious allegations that remain unverified in the material provided.
Trump’s response to this specific allegation has not been established here.

Afterward, she alleges, he sat her on the edge of the bed, repeated his promises of a visa and NYU admission, and forced her to swear she would stay silent, telling her, “The show must go on.” She finished the pageant in a terrified daze, returned to Switzerland, and declined a later Hawaii event. Months afterward, Trump allegedly called her again with the same offers; she refused.
This version is significantly more severe than Keul’s October 2024 public statements, in which she said Trump “jumped” on her, kissed her, tried to lift her dress, and groped her, but that she fought him off and he eventually stopped. The Democratic report does not fully explain the change in her account.
The White House has rejected the claims as false and politically motivated. Trump has never been charged in connection with Keul’s allegations or the broader Epstein matter, and no court has ruled on them. The report, which also cites other women’s accounts and accuses the Justice Department of covering up evidence, was released days before the midterm elections.
