PV Sindhu adds Anup Sridhar and Lee Hyun Il to her coaching staff
PV Sindhu, a two-time Olympic medalist, has added South Korean badminton legend Lee Hyun Il to her coaching staff as a temporary consulting coach. This action comes after the recent hiring of Anup Sridhar as her temporary coach. They will assist Sindhu together until December 2024, when a permanent coaching team decision is expected.

PV Sindhu‘s father PV Ramana stated that she plans to aim for a medal at the upcoming Asian Games and, as long as she avoids injuries, she will strive to compete in the following Olympics. He mentioned that she has returned to training at Gachibowli stadium in Hyderabad and will begin with the Arctic Open (October 8-13) in Finland.
