Vijay Deverakonda’s highly anticipated action-drama film Kingdom was initially scheduled for release on May 30, 2025. However, the release date has been postponed, with the makers officially announcing the new release date was July 4, 2025. Kingdom was initially announced for release on March 28. The much awaited spy thriller, directed by Gowtham Tinnanuri.

Taking to his X handle, Vijay shared the announcement and wrote, “#Kingdom July 04, 2025. Will see you in the cinemas :)” It is jointly produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under the banners of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas. Recently, the actor shared the poster. In the first frame, Vijay Deverakonda gave fans a peek into his look from the upcoming film Kingdom. Sporting a buzz cut hairstyle along with a beard and moustache, the actor looks intense in the poster.

Vijay’s fans are more eager than ever for the movie, which features him alongside Bhagyashri Borse. The much-awaited spy thriller, directed by Gowtham Tinnanuri, was initially set to release on March 28 but will now hit the theatres on May 30. It is jointly produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under the banners of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas.

Ahead of the release, the makers unveiled a completely AI-designed thematic video for its song, Hridayam Lopala. It portrays the two actors as lovers. Sharing the song, the actor wrote, “A little softness, A little love, This is all their world allowed. From the world of Kingdom. We welcome you all into it, into our journey, emotions and our hearts. Hridayam Lopala.”
