A 17-year-old Wisconsin teenager, Nikita Casap, who is already facing state charges for the murders of his mother and stepfather, allegedly plotted to assassinate President Trump and overthrow the government, according to a newly unsealed federal warrant.
Casap was charged last month in Waukesha County with first-degree intentional homicide, theft, and other offenses related to the deaths of Tatiana Casap, 35, and Donald Mayer, 51. Local authorities allege the teenager fatally shot his parents at their residence outside Milwaukee in February and then resided in the home with their decomposing bodies for several weeks before absconding with $14,000 in cash, passports, and the family dog. He was apprehended last month in Kansas.
Currently held at the Waukesha County jail on a $1 million bond, Casap is scheduled to enter a plea in court next month. County prosecutors have now disclosed details of federal allegations outlined in an FBI warrant that was unsealed on Friday.

Federal investigators assert that Casap planned the murders of his parents, procured a drone and explosives, and shared his intentions with others, including an individual who speaks Russian. His motives are purportedly detailed in a three-page antisemitic manifesto that praises Adolf Hitler. The warrant filed in federal court in Milwaukee also includes excerpts of communications allegedly found on TikTok and the Telegram messaging application.

e written a manifest calling for the assassination of the President of the United States. He was in touch with other parties about his plan to kill the President and overthrow the government of the United States,” the search warrant states. “The killing of his parents appeared to be an effort to obtain the financial means and autonomy necessary to carrying out his plan.”
In court proceedings, prosecutors have alleged that Casap was in communication with a Russian-speaking individual and discussed a plan to flee to Ukraine. Authorities located him in Kansas in possession of cash, passports, a vehicle, and the family’s dog.

Federal prosecutors further allege that Casap’s manifesto outlined his reasons for wanting to kill the President and included ideas about how he would live in Ukraine. Citing Casap’s writings, the federal warrant indicates the teenager aimed to instigate governmental collapse by “by getting rid of the president and perhaps the vice president.”
Phone and online messages seeking comment were left Sunday for Casap’s public defender, Nicole Ostrowski. During a court appearance last month, she moved to dismiss some of the charges against her client, including theft, arguing that prosecutors had not sufficiently presented their case. She also emphasized her client’s age during the proceedings, stating on March 12, “He is young, he is still in high school.”
County authorities have additionally charged Casap with hiding a corpse and misappropriating identification to obtain money.
Law enforcement officers discovered the bodies of Tatiana Casap and Mayer on February 28 after family members requested a welfare check when Mayer did not report to work and Nikita Casap had been absent from school for approximately two weeks. Authorities believe the parents were killed weeks prior to the discovery. Prosecutors stated in court that the couple’s bodies
