BJP president JP Nadda criticized JMM- led alliance in Jharkhand
JP Nadda accused Hemant Soren’s party of betraying tribals and supporting infiltrators for votes. He highlighted alleged mistreatment of senior tribal leader Champai Soren and raised concerns over a decline in the tribal population in the region.
Nadda also targeted congress for poor governance.
On Monday JP Nadda launched attack on ruling JMM- led alliance in Jharkhand, accusing it of betraying tribals and supporting infiltrators for votes.
As part of party’s ‘Parivartan Yatra’, Nadda targeted key political opponents while highlighting it’s party’s commitment to tribal welfare.

Champai Soren is being mistreated: JP Nadda
Nadda claimed that senior tribal leader and former chief minister of Jharkhand Champai Soren was humiliated within his own party, the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) after being forced to step down upon Hemant Soren’s return from jail.
” Tribal leader Champai Soren was humiliated and was forced to leave the JMM”, says Nadda addressing a rally in Jharkhand’s Kunti.
Sharp decline in the tribal population
The BJP president also raised concerns over a sharp decline in the tribal population. He said it is due to unchecked rise of infiltrators in the state.

” The tribal population has reduced from 44% to 28%. Infiltrators, including rohingyas, are grabbing land and marrying tribals, and the JMM is patronizing them for votes”, Nadda alleged.
In the fiery speech Nadda also aimed at congress, calling it the “most corrupt party” that encourages separatists and anti nationals. He accused RJD – JMM – Congress coalition for betraying the states tribal community.
Saying,” BJP is the only party committed to the welfare of tribals and Jharkhand. The ruling coalition has failed them”
He also pointed to the deaths of several aspirants during the recent excise constable recruitment exam as evidence of the coalition’s ” poor governance “, which, he said is taking a toll of state’s youth.
