Vivo has officially launched its new mid-range smartphone, the Vivo Y400 5G, in India. Positioned below Rs.25,000, the device offers a compelling combination of 5G support, fast charging, AMOLED display, and a large battery aimed at value-conscious consumers seeking performance and durability.
The launch follows the release of the Vivo Y400 Pro 5G earlier in June.

Pricing and Availability
The Vivo Y400 5G is priced at:

Rs.21,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant

The device will be available in Glam White and Olive Green colour options. Sales begin August 7 via the Vivo India e-store, Flipkart, Amazon, and select offline retail outlets.
As part of launch offers, customers using cards from SBI, DBS Bank, IDFC First Bank, Yes Bank, BOB Card, and Federal Bank will be eligible for up to 10% cashback. Vivo is also offering a zero down payment EMI plan for up to 10 months.
Specifications and Features
The Vivo Y400 5G runs on Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15 and features a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1,800 nits. An in-display fingerprint scanner is included for biometric authentication.
The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, paired with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage.
