7 delegations were dispatched globally following Op Sindoor
Seven delegations were dispatched globally following Operation Sindoor – India’s response to the April 22 terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pahalgam that resulted in 26 fatalities, along with the ensuing Pakistani hostility towards Indian cities and border regions.
For four days – from May 7 to May 10 – Pakistan launched drones and missiles, all of which were successfully intercepted by India’s multi-tiered air defense system. It was one of the most severe confrontations in years, with each side exchanging air, drone, and missile attacks, along with artillery and small arms fire along the frontier.
