On Monday, India’s new T20 World Cup jersey was unveiled in a very distinctive way, ending the long wait. There are currently pictures of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma sporting jerseys. The side will wear this in the USA and the West Indies, even though the older jersey hasn’t changed all that much. The pictures of Rohit and Kohli sporting the jersey are becoming very popular. Crucial Duo for India’s Success:
Rohit and Kohli would both be crucial to India’s success in the major tournament. In the current IPL, Rohit has been dreadfully out of form, but Kohli is top of the run-getter rankings. Indian supporters would like to see Rohit score some runs in MI’s final IPL match as they are already eliminated from the playoffs.
Beginning on June 2, the main event will take place in the USA and the West Indies. The United States of America and Canada would play the curtain-raiser. On June 5, India will take on Ireland in their inaugural match.
India would surely be among the favorites to win the championship. The Indian team would be led by Rohit Sharma. Twenty teams will compete at three locations in the US and six in the Caribbean.
The competition will begin in the United States, where 16 matches will be played in Lauderhill, Dallas, and New York by 10 teams.
