Haryana Assembly Polls: BJP releases manifesto; promises jobs for ex-Agniveers, MSP for farmers
The BJP has pledged to provide long-term employment for former Agniveers and committed to buying 24 different crops at the determined Minimum Support Price (MSP) from farmers in its released electoral manifesto before the October 5 Haryana Assembly elections.
BJP has unveiled a set of 20 commitments before the upcoming Haryana elections, with a focus on welfare, employment, and infrastructure.
Party guarantees Rs 2,100 per month to all women under Laado Laxmi Yojana
The Laado Laxmi Yojana guarantees a monthly payment of Rs 2,100 to every woman, in addition to building 10 industrial cities with the goal of generating employment for 50,000 residents in each city. Additional promises involve ensuring government positions for 200,000 residents and creating more job prospects for 500,000 people through the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme.
The BJP Chief and Union Health Minister JP Nadda presented the party’s ‘Sankalp patra’ (manifesto) for the imminent Haryana elections in Rohtak. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and state BJP Chief Mohan Lal Badoli were in attendance as well.

Free healthcare coverage of Rs 10 lakh for each family under Chirayu-Ayushman Yojana
Healthcare pledges are also at the core of the BJP’s commitments.
The Chirayu-Ayushman Yojana will offer coverage of Rs 10 lakh for each family, along with an extra Rs 5 lakh for senior members aged 70 and above, for free medical treatment. Dialysis at public hospitals and complimentary diagnosis at all medical facilities are included in the healthcare scheme as well.

The party’s goal is to provide LPG cylinders for Rs 500 through the Har Ghar Grihani Yojana, and scooters will be given to female college students in rural areas under the Awal Balika Yojana.
The voting for the 90-seat Haryana Assembly is scheduled for October 5, with the vote counting set to take place on October 8.
