January 2, 2026: Raihan Vadra, son of Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and businessman Robert Vadra, has announced his engagement to longtime partner Aviva Baig. The couple shared photographs from their private ceremony, attended by close family members.

The private ceremony took place in Ranthambore. One of the photographs shows the couple during the evening celebration, dressed in traditional Indian attire. Raihan is seen wearing a dark sherwani, while Aviva opted for an embellished sari. Another image shared by the couple is a nostalgic throwback from their childhood, showing them dressed in traditional outfits—Raihan in a white kurta-pyjama and Aviva in a mustard-yellow suit.

According to sources, Raihan, 25, proposed to Aviva last week in the presence of both families, and she accepted. The couple has reportedly been in a relationship for nearly seven years. Their wedding is expected to take place in the coming months.

Nandita Baig is known to share a long-standing friendship with Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and has previously worked on the interior design of the Congress headquarters, Indira Bhawan.

Aviva completed her schooling at Modern School, Delhi, and later pursued higher education in Media Communication and Journalism from OP Jindal Global University. She currently works as an interior designer, photographer, and producer.

Raihan Vadra studied at The Doon School in Dehradun, the same institution attended by his grandfather Rajiv Gandhi and uncle Rahul Gandhi. He later went on to study at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London. A visual artist by profession, Raihan’s work focuses on photography, spanning wildlife, street, and commercial projects. His work has been showcased through Mumbai-based contemporary art gallery APRE Art House.

POWER CORRIDORS

Former Vice President Venkaiah Naidu commended Power Corridors as a commendable news magazine, affirming that it not only upholds Media Dharma but also fulfills its societal obligations. Power Corridors, as its name implies, delves into realpolitik—examining the essence of influential circles, unraveling the intricacies of political maneuvers, and exploring the pulse of the state’s affairs. However, it transcends mere power dynamics, encompassing a broader spectrum of issues beyond the confines of Delhi’s elite circles.

For PC, which is published by the Interactive Forum on Indian Economy, not only highlights the issues of the day but also throws up what ought to be the subjects that the country should be debating about. It reports about the plans, strategies, and agendas of politicians and others; it also sets the agenda for the nation.
