Manu Bhaker is on the verge of breaking a massive record. No Indian athlete has ever won three medals in a single Olympics edition.

Manu has the opportunity to earn her third medal in Paris when she competes in the final of the 25m women’s Pistol event. She had won bronze medals in the 10m Pistol events (both individual and team).

Nishant Dev also in the fray

Nishant Dev will also have a chance to confirm a medal when he competes in the men’s 71kg boxing quarterfinals. Anant Jeet Singh Naruka, Maheshwari Chauhan, and Raiza Dhillon have a chance to complete the day with medals when they compete in the skeet events in shooting.

Shubhankar Sharma and Gaganjeet Bhullar to compete in golf

Shubhankar Sharma and Gaganjeet Bhullar will compete in the third round of the men’s Individual Stroke Play in golf. Bhajan Kaur and Deepika Kumar will compete in archery’s quarterfinals as India seeks its first Olympic medal in the sport. Nethra Kumaran and Vishnu Saravanan will represent India at sailing.
