An FIR has been registered under relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the Arms Act, the Indian Wireless Telegraphy Act and the Explosive Substances Act.
The arrested individuals have been remanded to eight days of police custody, until October 31. Their medical examinations have been completed, according to the information provided by the police.
Investigators are now examining how the alleged impersonation took place, whether any camp functionaries were involved and whether the possession of weapons and other materials breached the rules governing designated SoO facilities.
