John Abraham issues strong warning to men over Kolkata rape

Actor John Abraham sent a message to male individuals across the nation following the Kolkata doctor’s rape and murder incident. The actor made an appearance on a radio station to caution men against improper behavior towards women. He stated he had no recommendations for women, but expressed that men need to improve.

The actor from ‘Vedaa’ was interviewed by Radio City and was prompted to share his thoughts on the recent rape and murder of a Kolkata doctor. John pointed out that the incident simply showed our inability to raise decent men. When giving guidance to the youth, he warned, “I’ll instruct the boys to act properly, or else I’ll punish them severely.” He chuckled, and then continued, “In all seriousness, I simply anticipate a higher quality of upbringing.”

John added, “And I wouldn’t tell girls anything, because unki kya galti hai [what is their fault]? I think parents have to tell boys to behave. More power to the girls.”

Actor admitted to being genuinely patriotic deep down last month

In a previous interview from earlier this month, the actor discussed being genuinely patriotic deep down. He stated his belief in the concept of a man serving as a protector. In India, women, children, and animals are not protected. This is a sorrowful situation. Indian men must learn how to properly treat their women. This is very important. For every woman, a man should be a protector. John provided an explanation that they must act as protectors.

POWER CORRIDORS

Former Vice President Venkaiah Naidu commended Power Corridors as a commendable news magazine, affirming that it not only upholds Media Dharma but also fulfills its societal obligations. Power Corridors, as its name implies, delves into realpolitik—examining the essence of influential circles, unraveling the intricacies of political maneuvers, and exploring the pulse of the state’s affairs. However, it transcends mere power dynamics, encompassing a broader spectrum of issues beyond the confines of Delhi’s elite circles.

For PC, which is published by the Interactive Forum on Indian Economy, not only highlights the issues of the day but also throws up what ought to be the subjects that the country should be debating about. It reports about the plans, strategies, and agendas of politicians and others; it also sets the agenda for the nation.
