The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has officially announced the India U19 squad for the upcoming tour of England, featuring a two-format series comprising Youth Tests and One-Day Internationals. Among the notable selections are Ayush Mhatre and Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who have earned call-ups based on their recent performances in the domestic circuit and in the IPL 2025.

The tour is set to provide valuable international exposure for the young talents as they prepare for future global competitions, including the ICC U19 World Cup next year. The selectors have opted for a balanced mix of promising batters, versatile all-rounders, and potent bowlers to ensure competitive depth across both red and white-ball formats.

Ayush Mhatre, a technically sound top-order batsman, has been in the spotlight for his consistent performances in the U19 Challenger Trophy, while Vaibhav Suryavanshi has impressed with his big hits and control with the bat, making a strong case for inclusion in the longer format. POWER CORRIDORS

Former Vice President Venkaiah Naidu commended Power Corridors as a commendable news magazine, affirming that it not only upholds Media Dharma but also fulfills its societal obligations. Power Corridors, as its name implies, delves into realpolitik—examining the essence of influential circles, unraveling the intricacies of political maneuvers, and exploring the pulse of the state’s affairs. However, it transcends mere power dynamics, encompassing a broader spectrum of issues beyond the confines of Delhi’s elite circles.

For PC, which is published by the Interactive Forum on Indian Economy, not only highlights the issues of the day but also throws up what ought to be the subjects that the country should be debating about. It reports about the plans, strategies, and agendas of politicians and others; it also sets the agenda for the nation.
