Bajaj Chetak E-Scooter
At a starting price of Rs 1.15 lakh, the Bajaj Chetak is an electric scooter that comes in four different models. The Bajaj Chetak Premium – Tecpac has a 3.2 Kwh battery. The Chetak weighs 134 kg.There is a drum brake in the back and a disc brake up front on the Chetak. It has an integrated braking system for added safety. The Chetak is available in the following five colors: Hazel Nut, Indigo Metallic, Cyber White, Matte Coarse Grey, and Brooklyn Black.
Bajaj Chetak E-Scooter Prices
The base Urbane model costs Rs 1,23,319, while the top-tier Premium model costs Rs 1,47,243. The prices increase to Rs 1,32,001 and Rs 1,53,463 if the TECPAC packages are added on (all prices ex-showroom Bengaluru including the Electric Mobility Promotion Scheme or EMPS 2024 subsidy).

Bajaj Chetak E-Scooter Features
The Urbane variant of the Chetak has a fully digital color LCD instrument cluster, while the TecPac sub-variant of the Premium variant has a 5-inch TFT instrument console and the Standard sub-variant has a monochrome TFT instrument console. The Chetak has LED units for its headlight, taillight, and indicators.
Turn-by-turn navigation and smartphone connectivity are included with the 5-inch TFT instrument console. Features like hill-hold help and an extra ride mode dubbed Sport on top of the Eco mode are exclusive to the TecPac and are available in both the Urbane and Premium variants. While reverse mode is exclusive to TecPac in the Urbane variation, it is accessible in both sub-variants of the Premium variant. Sequential blinkers are also included with the TecPac in the Premium version.

Bajaj Chetak E-Scooter Design
Unlike many other electric scooters, the Chetak is made entirely of metal, which makes really awesome. Its timeless style is influenced by the Vespa. It also has some really nice features, like sleek rear view mirrors and a retractable bag hook under the seat. The brushed aluminum surrounding the LED headlamp adds a sophisticated touch, and the buttons and switches are of excellent quality.

Bajaj Chetak E-Scooter Motor
In the Premium variant, the brushless DC motor powering the Chetak reaches a maximum claimed speed of 73 kmph in both the Standard and TecPac sub-variants. In the Urbane variant, the brushless DC motor reaches a maximum claimed speed of 63 kmph in the Standard and 73 kmph in the Tecpac sub-variants.
The scooter has an ARAI-certified stated range of 126 km in the Premium model and 113 km in the Urbane variant thanks to a 2.9kWh lithium-ion battery pack.
