If you complain too much,no issues, it’s natural, still you may need a ventilation against negativity
They say, no matter where you are hiding, negativity finally finds you and you get consumed with negativity easily..without even realizing that it is happening..
Actually there are five signs you complain a lot —and what to do instead, here you read.
On a really crappy day this may happen to everyone. sometimes it proves to be the best medicine when you unload all your pent-up frustration onto anyone who is willing to listen. We can can go on and on about any thing which someway or the other hurts our sentiments or whatever else has us on edge. To be honest, complaining does feel so delightful that it is almost addictive.
This is an open secret that venting has a few legit mental health benefits. “When agitation and stress brew inside us, it’s required to find a release, get support, and then move forward,” says a couples therapist based in West Hartford, Connecticut. He further says, – ”But for me, I don’t always feel really better after popping off. In fact, sometimes I end up more riled up.”
This is why, this does not amaze me to learn that blowing off steam does not actually guarantee relief. In some cases it can also be counterproductive. Helander says, constantly complaining does breed more negativity. She explains that actually turning every minor inconvenience into a griping spree is probably going to strain your relationships too.

What does Bipolar Disorder mean?

They assist you in determining whether your mini tirades are doing more harm than any good. As per the therapists the biggest signs that complaining is dragging you down along with your loved ones —instead of getting you the cathartic relief you were expecting:

1. We feel even worse

If you keep whining for half an hour it won’t fix your problems. Here Helander says, though, a complaining section is good when it’s productive. It can help you feel validated and inspire you too to come up with an action plan. And you also feel relaxed that you finally got that off your chest. But sometimes it equally have the opposite effect. It may leave you in an even worse mood—you may end up more more angry, annoyed, and overwhelmed. Here ask yourself: What was the point then?

2. You tend to resist helpful solutions

This is human nature. We sometimes just need to be angry and then talk a little nonsense too. This is too easy to say – “this sucks” instead of dealing with it, we take the escape route. .An overloading work load or a friend who keeps changing programs at the eleventh hour. Remember this is always in your best interest if you find ways to improve your circumstances, especially if you are repeating the same silly grievances just like a broken record.

3. You start ignoring any silver linings

No one expects you to find the “bright side” every time you are stuck in a tough moment. “Surprisingly human brain is wired to be biased to the negatives, leading to the feelings of hopelessness and helplessness in difficult situations,” says Dr Seo.
Some times life events might not have a silver lining, but sometimes they might!” Dr. Seo says. Just ignoring to face it might kill your manly instinct or capacity to fight with difficult situation and win. Here you should stop obsessively mulling over a minor inconvenience so that it does not ruin your day.

4. You complain in a catastrophic way

Hard feelings against boss or someone you cannot really resist, invite inner criticisms or open ones also, behind his back. Very natural are these hard feelings to some extent. It is not bad or a problem if in small doses. Here according to Helander, trash-talking whoever set you off will not help the situation. This probably make you feel more enraged.

5. Your support system starts to wear out

When you start complaining it in a healthy manner, “complaining may bring you closer to others,” Dr. Seo. The others around you also get more connected to you when they find you grieving against some one the also grieve against. And you know what, sometimes you deliberately do it to get their happy support. But what about the people who like the person you hate? They will start distancing from you. Even if they do not like the one you hate, your sulking against him will keep you at a distance from you.

POWER CORRIDORS

Former Vice President Venkaiah Naidu commended Power Corridors as a commendable news magazine, affirming that it not only upholds Media Dharma but also fulfills its societal obligations. Power Corridors, as its name implies, delves into realpolitik—examining the essence of influential circles, unraveling the intricacies of political maneuvers, and exploring the pulse of the state’s affairs. However, it transcends mere power dynamics, encompassing a broader spectrum of issues beyond the confines of Delhi’s elite circles.

For PC, which is published by the Interactive Forum on Indian Economy, not only highlights the issues of the day but also throws up what ought to be the subjects that the country should be debating about. It reports about the plans, strategies, and agendas of politicians and others; it also sets the agenda for the nation.
