Bus-Tempo collide in Bulandshahr’s Salempur area
On Sunday, a bus and a tempo crashed in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, killing ten people and injuring more than 20. According to the police, the tempo was carrying 25 persons, ten of whom killed in the accident in the Salempur area.
The labourers worked for Britaina company and were heading to their native village in Aligarh to celebrate Rakshabandhan. Four individuals had boarded the vehicle from Dadri.

Accident occurred on the Badaun-Meerut state highway
According to officials, the collision occurred near Salempur on the Badaun-Meerut state route. Thirty-seven persons have been hospitalized with injuries, with eight of them receiving critical treatment at a Meerut hospital.
“Today a pickup vehicle was going from Ghaziabad towards Sambhal. The pickup met with an accident with a private bus. Twenty-one people have come to the district hospital. A team of doctors is engaged and their treatment is going on. The number of deaths is still being ascertained. Our priority is to provide treatment to the injured,” said Chandra Prakash Singh, District Magistrate, Bulandshahr.
