Razaullah Nizamani, also known as Abu Saifullah Khalid, a top Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorist, has been killed by unknown assailants. Nizamani coordinated multiple terror attacks in India, notably the notorious 2006 strike on the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) headquarters. His death marks a considerable setback for the terror group, recognized for its actions against Indians.

Khalid, granted security by the Pakistani government, left his home in Matli, Sindh this afternoon and was shot by attackers near a crossing, officials reported.

Between 2001 and 2006, Razaullah Nizamani Khalid coordinated three major attacks in India over a period of five years. These consist of – the CRPF camp attack in Rampur in 2001, the Indian Science Congress (ISC) attack in Bengaluru in 2005, and the 2006 attack on the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) headquarters in Nagpur.

Razaullah Nizamani, known as Abu Saifullah, was a leading leader of the terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba. He was involved in a group engaged in terror activities in Jammu and Kashmir, in addition to being part of multiple attacks on Indian territory.

Nizamani was reportedly engaged with LeT’s Nepal unit, overseeing finance, recruitment, and logistical support. He also assisted multiple operatives of the group in entering India via the Indo-Nepal border.

Nizamani collaborated with Azam Cheema from Lashkar and the group’s main accountant, Yaqoob. He operated from Matli in Sindh, where he was killed on Sunday, concentrating on fundraising and recruiting for LeT and Jamat-ud-Dawa.

Nizamani’s actions were deeply embedded into the organizational structure of LeT. Working alongside important individuals such as Azam Cheema from Lashkar and chief accountant Yaqoob, he was mainly located in Matli, Sindh. In this context, he focused his efforts on raising funds and broadening the recruitment pool for both LeT and Jamat-ud-Dawa.

Nizamani had another name- Vinod Kumar, and was allegedly married to a citizen of Nepal.
