Delhi High Court issues notice to Sunita Kejriwal; asks her to remove court video
The Delhi High Court on Saturday issued a notice to Arvind Kejriwal’s wife, Sunita Kejriwal, ordering her to remove a video recording of court proceedings in which the Delhi Chief Minister addressed the court in person following his arrest in the liquor policy case.
A Division Bench of Justices Neena Bansal Krishna and Amit Sharma also instructed social media platforms X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to remove such content when it is brought to their attention.
The court also ordered a number of other social media identities to remove the video.

The court issued the decision while hearing a public interest litigation (PIL) brought by counsel Vaibhav Singh.
The video shows Kejriwal addressing Special Judge (PC Act) Kaveri Baweja on March 28, when he appeared in court for the second time after being arrested by the Enforcement Directorate.

Advocate Vaibhav Singh contended that after Kejriwal addressed the Rouse Avenue Court on the specified day, many social media handles linked with the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and other Opposition parties recorded and disseminated video/audio recordings of the court proceedings on various platforms.
Sunita Kejriwal also shared an audio recording submitted by an X user.
Advocate Vaibhav Singh contended that after Kejriwal addressed the Rouse Avenue Court on the specified day, many social media handles linked with the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and other Opposition parties recorded and disseminated video/audio recordings of the court proceedings on various platforms.
