The arrest comes only days after police informed a local court that the teen’s blood samples were replaced with those of a lady to prove that he was not drunk at the time of the accident.
The Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) report revealed no alcohol in the teen’s first blood sample, raising suspicions. Later, a second blood test at a separate facility and DNA tests showed that the samples were from two different people.
