Prince Andrew ex-girl friend Lady Victoria Hervey has claimED Jeffrey Epstein may still be alive and secretly living in Israel after a staged prison escape.

Februrary 8, 2026: Lady Victoria Hervey, a former girlfriend of Prince Andrew (Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor), has reignited conspiracy theories surrounding Jeffrey Epstein’s 2019 jailhouse death, claiming she no longer believes the disgraced financier is dead and suggesting he may have escaped and fled to Israel.
Speaking in a recent interview on LBC radio with presenter Tom Swarbrick, the British socialite openly rejected the official finding that Epstein died by suicide while awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges.
“I don’t even think Jeffrey Epstein’s dead anymore, to be honest,” Hervey said.
When pressed by Swarbrick, she doubled down, disputing the widely accepted account that Epstein hanged himself in his cell at New York City’s Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) in August 2019.
“I think he was switched out,” she claimed, alleging that Epstein had been secretly removed from the facility and smuggled away in what she described as a “trip van.”

Claims Linked to Anonymous 4Chan Post
Hervey said her suspicions were reinforced by recent releases from the Epstein files, which include millions of pages of documents unsealed by the U.S. Department of Justice.
She referenced a document she believes corroborates an anonymous post on 4Chan, made shortly before Epstein’s death was officially announced. The post, allegedly written by a prison guard, claimed Epstein had been removed from his cell — possibly in a wheelchair — without medical personnel present, that a body swap took place, and that Epstein was quietly transported out of the jail.
“I think the prison guard needs to be interviewed,” Hervey said. “The one that said he saw the bodies being switched out.”
When asked where she believed Epstein might be now, Hervey responded bluntly: “Israel.”
Renewed Focus on Irregularities
Epstein’s death has long been a magnet for conspiracy theories, fueled by a series of documented failures at the MCC, including:
Malfunctioning surveillance cameras
Falsified guard log entries
Guards reportedly asleep on duty
Severe staffing shortages at the facility
Then-Attorney General William Barr famously described the circumstances surrounding Epstein’s death as “a perfect storm of screw-ups.”
Despite these lapses, multiple official investigations — including by the U.S. Department of Justice and the New York City medical examiner — concluded Epstein died by suicide, finding no evidence of homicide or escape. Several prison officials later faced disciplinary action for institutional failures.
4Chan Post and File Disclosures
The anonymous 4Chan post resurfaced in public discussion following the latest tranche of Epstein-related document releases, with some media reports suggesting that internal records may link the claims to a specific correctional officer, identified as Roberto Grijalva, who was reportedly on duty the night Epstein died.
However, no law enforcement agency has substantiated claims of a body swap or escape, and official probes have consistently rejected theories of covert extraction, maintaining that Epstein died by hanging in his cell.

Social Ties and Ongoing Scrutiny
Hervey, a former model and British aristocrat, appears repeatedly in the Epstein files due to her social connections within Epstein’s elite circle, including through his longtime associate Ghislaine Maxwell, who is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for sex trafficking.
Her comments come amid renewed global scrutiny of Epstein’s network, following large-scale document disclosures that continue to expose the extent of his relationships with political leaders, royalty, financiers, and celebrities.
While Hervey’s claims have generated intense public interest, no credible evidence has emerged to support the theory that Epstein is alive, and authorities maintain that institutional negligence — not conspiracy — explains the failures surrounding his death.
