Mother is our self-respect,” he declared while launching a government initiative for women entrepreneurs in Bihar, adding, “My mother was abused from the stage of RJD-Congress… These aren’t just insults to my mother—they are insults to the mothers, sisters, and daughters of the country.”

While the BJP denounced the remarks as a reflection of the Opposition’s moral decline, Congress insisted it did not sanction such behavior and suggested the incident might have been staged or orchestrated to discredit their campaign.
