Fire breaks out in Ghaziabad’s Indirapuram
A massive fire engulfed a building in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Horrific visuals of the fire are circulating on social media, depicting massive clouds of black smoke rising from the skyscraper. The fire was so enormous that smoke spread over the region, making it impossible for individuals around to even breathe.
According to reports, the massive fire began when a blaze broke out in a generator at Arihant Society in Ahinsa Khand 2, Indirapuram. The fire caused the generator to explode, and it spread to an adjacent flat. Soon, the nearby flats were vacated.

As soon as the information was received, several fire brigade vehicles reached the spot and started controlling the fire. The fire brigade brought the fire under control after a lot of effort.
Residents moved to safety within time
When the residents of the other apartments saw the fire, they escaped and moved to safety. They also attempted to put out the fire, but were unsuccessful. They called the fire brigade when the fire began to spread throughout the area.
Loss worth lakhs has been reported due to the fire. However, there have been no reports of casualties or injuries. Fortunately, the residents evacuated in time and were taken out safely. A local resident said that the fire had spread rapidly due to leaking gas pipeline.

Fire engines arrive at the scene
Several fire engines reached the spot after getting the information and, after a lengthy effort, managed to contain the large fire.
Following the explosion, a gas pipeline break caused the fire to spread swiftly. The fire department reported that they received information of the fire about 12:29 p.m. on Saturday.
They further said that two fire tenders from the Vaishali station were deployed to the society in an emergency and began working to extinguish the fire. After a protracted struggle, many more firefighters arrived on the scene and brought the fire under control.
