According to RNC Research, a Republican organization, President Joe Biden has spent a large portion of his time as President outside of the White House, making up roughly 40% of his term in office.
The White House defends President’s vacations
The Republicans notably accused Biden of the same thing last year. The White House defended the President’s vacation time by saying he stays involved in his presidential responsibilities even while taking time off.
In its report, RNC Research claims that Biden took 532 vacation days in less than four years, accounting for about 40 per cent of his presidency. According to the report, the 81-year-old President’s break is equal to 48 years of vacation for the typical American employee.
On average, a standard employee in the US is granted approximately 10 to 14 days of paid leave annually. During a career spanning 40 years, this equates to approximately one year of time off.

Biden’s time off in just over three years as president equates to what would take the average worker nearly half a century to accumulate, the report claims.

Sharing a video of Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden spending their time on the beach, the RNC Research, on September 1 tweeted, “Biden spent today — his 16th straight day on vacation — lounging on the beach. He has spent a total of 532 days (40.3% of his presidency) on vacation. Who’s running the country?”.
