Honor recently unveiled its flagship series, the Honor 200 series, in India, featuring the Honor 200 and Honor 200 Pro smartphones. Currently, the brand is introducing a third device in the collection, the Honor 200 Lite. The smartphone is anticipated to be the latest budget-friendly addition to the series, as indicated by its name.
Honor 200 Lite will be available on Amazon India and in Honor’s physical stores
Honor has officially announced that the Honor 200 Lite will be released on September 19 and will be sold on Amazon India and in Honor’s physical stores. Just like the Honor 200 and Honor 200 Pro, the main feature of the Honor 200 Lite will still be its camera. Honor has been promoting the devices for enabling photography at a “professional-level.”
Honor 200 Lite: Key Specifications
The Honor 200 Lite will have a triple camera setup including a 108-megapixel main camera with f/1.75 aperture, a wide and depth camera with f/2.2 aperture, and a macro camera with f/2.4 aperture, as confirmed by the company.
The smartphone is known to provide various portrait modes, such as 1x Environmental Portrait, 2x Atmospheric Portrait, and 3x Close-up Portrait. The Honor 200 Lite will have a 50-megapixel camera for selfies, with AI Wide-angle Selfie capability adjusting to a 90-degree Field of View (FOV) for group selfies.
Honor 200 Lite: Design Aspect
Honor has also verified certain design aspects of the phone. The company claims that the Honor 200 Lite will have a stylish design. The thickness of the device will measure 6.78mm and it will have a weight of 166g. Honor states that the device is designed to endure daily use and accidental drops, receiving an SGS 5-star Drop Resistance certification. The Honor 200 Lite will come in three different colors: Starry Blue, Cyan Lake, and Midnight Black.

Honor 200 Lite: Camera
The Honor 200 series includes a three-camera setup, with an emphasis on portrait mode created in partnership with Studio Harcourt. The back cameras consist of a 50-megapixel primary portrait lens, a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with 2.5x optical zoom, and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens.
The Honor 200 Pro is equipped with a 1/1.3-inch Super Dynamic H9000 Sensor, which provides improved light-sensing and HDR features. Both models also include dual stabilisation technology to enhance image quality.
