Snake poisoning case
Earlier in March this year, Elvish was arrested by Noida Police and sent to 14-day judicial custody in the snake venom case. During his judicial custody, Elvish Yadav had allegedly mentioned the name of singer Fazilpuria. According to reports, Elvish also admitted that he had met all the arrested accused, including Rahul (the snake charmer), at different rave parties and was acquainted with them.
