BCCI announces squads for the upcoming multi-format series between India U19 and Australia U19
On Saturday, August 31, the BCCI revealed the team lineup for the upcoming multi-format series featuring India Under 19 and Australia Under 19. Samit Dravid, the son of the famous Indian cricketer and former Indian head coach Rahul Dravid, was selected for both the red-ball and white-ball teams.
Recently, 18-year-old Samit was spotted participating in the Maharaja T20 Trophy for Mysuru Warriors. Nevertheless, the batter who bats with their right hand had a forgettable experience in the league, only managing to score 82 runs from seven innings with an average of 11.71 and a strike rate of 113.88.

He achieved his highest score during the tournament against Gulbarga Mystics by hitting 33 runs off 24 balls, including four boundaries and a maximum.
Meanwhile, besides him, Mohamed Amaan from Uttar Pradesh will captain the One-Day squad in the upcoming series, with Soham Patwardhan leading the team in the four-day matches.

India U-19 is set to face Australia U-19 in a series of three 50-over matches on September 21, 23, and 26 in Puducherry, and two four-day games in Chennai starting on September 30.
