At his farewell ceremony, members of the legal community honored Justice Chandrachud’s contributions, describing him as a “rock star” of the judiciary. Justice Chandrachud expressed full confidence in his successor, Justice Sanjiv Khanna, whom he praised as a steady and dignified leader. “There will be no void in my absence, as someone as stable as Justice Khanna will take over,” he assured.
