In the food and beverage category, most of the top searched recipes in India were items that became viral on social media or gained popularity during holiday celebrations. The most popular recipes worldwide were a combination of social media fads and festive delights.

PORN STAR MARTINI
The Porn Star Martini is a cocktail featuring a passion fruit taste, prepared with vodka, Passoã, passion fruit puree, and lime juice. It is usually accompanied by a cold shot of champagne on the side. Developed by Douglas Ankrah in 2002, it’s not an authentic martini, but fits within a group of beverages that feature ‘martini’ in their titles. In November 2018, it was reported that the Porn Star Martini was the UK’s most popular cocktail.
MANGO PICKLE
Mango pickle, often called ‘aam ka achar,’ serves as an excellent side for parathas, snacks, rice, and many daily meals. This pickle is crafted from sour, unripe green mangoes, spices, salt, and oil, resulting in a unique tangy taste. The ideal mango pickle recipe generally includes ripe mangoes, spices such as mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, chili powder, turmeric, salt, vinegar, and oil.
DHANIYA PANJIRI
