2024 CBSE Board Results for Grades 10 and 12: The class XII results for 2024 were released today by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The scorecards are now available for download and review on the official websites for those who took the exams.

The class XII exams were administered by CBSE between February 15 and April 2, while the pen-and-paper class X board exams took place between February 15 and March 13. In order to view the online results for Board Class XII and X, students must enter their roll code, roll number, and date of birth.

Class XII Results; Follow these steps to check your marksheet
To check your marksheet, go to the official website, navigate to the ‘Results’ section on the homepage, click the ‘Board Result 2024’ link, and enter your details (birthdate and roll number) in the designated field. The result will display on the screen, and you can download it for your records. The student’s name, date of birth, roll number, grades in various subjects, and other information will all be on their scorecard.
Class XII pass rate from the previous year was 93.12%. Exams for classes 10 and 12 have typically been administered offline by the board. Only 2020 and 2021 have up until now seen the CBSE forego holding board exams in an offline format.
The overall pass rate for Class 12 in 2023 is 87.33%; while this represents a decrease from a year ago (where it was 5.38%), the board notes that it represents an increase from the years prior to the pandemic. Compared to 88.78 percent in 2020 and 83.40 percent in 2019, the overall pass percentage in 2022 was 92.71%.
Students who do not pass the exams will be able to take the CBSE Board compartment exams after the results of the inter-class 12 exam are announced. Following the announcement of the CBSE results, information regarding the compartmental exams will be made public.
