‘Batenge to katenge’, says Yogi Adityanath

During an inauguration event in Agra on Janmashtami, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath emphasized the importance of national unity on Monday, August 26. The Chief Minister of UP emphasized that unity is essential for empowering the nation. Adityanath cautioned that if we are divided, we will face destruction, referencing the current unrest in Bangladesh.

The Chief Minister of UP spoke about this during a rally in Agra while revealing the statue of Rashtraveer Durgadas Rathore on Janmashtami.

The Chief Minister of UP raised concerns about the opposition’s lack of response to attacks on Hindus in the neighboring country on Sunday. “Although the opposition is vocal on global matters, it has noticeably avoided addressing the oppression of Hindus and destruction of temples in Bangladesh.” Yogi Adityanath said in Mathura that they ignore Bangladesh in favor of Palestine because they are afraid of losing their voter support.

“For us, the nation comes first, and we are prepared to make any sacrifice to protect it,” he added.

In response to the UP Chief Minister’s “Batega toh Katega” comment, Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav suggested that Yogi’s remarks about Bangladesh show his ambition for the Prime Minister’s role. He has hinted at it before. I am confident that the authorities in Delhi will clearly communicate that he should not meddle in their affairs.

POWER CORRIDORS

Former Vice President Venkaiah Naidu commended Power Corridors as a commendable news magazine, affirming that it not only upholds Media Dharma but also fulfills its societal obligations. Power Corridors, as its name implies, delves into realpolitik—examining the essence of influential circles, unraveling the intricacies of political maneuvers, and exploring the pulse of the state’s affairs. However, it transcends mere power dynamics, encompassing a broader spectrum of issues beyond the confines of Delhi’s elite circles.

For PC, which is published by the Interactive Forum on Indian Economy, not only highlights the issues of the day but also throws up what ought to be the subjects that the country should be debating about. It reports about the plans, strategies, and agendas of politicians and others; it also sets the agenda for the nation.
