New Delhi:
Apple has rolled out iOS 26 developer beta 6, and along with several upgrades, the update brings a fresh batch of ringtones that are already catching user attention. Among the six new tones, one in particular called “Little Bird” is being hailed as the potential new signature ringtone for iPhones.
A Fresh Sound for iPhone Users
The latest update adds six new ringtones, including reimagined versions of the classic “Reflection” tone, which has been the default on iPhones for years. However, the standout addition is the brand-new “Little Bird” ringtone, which many believe has the same addictive charm as iconic Apple tones from the past such as the OG Xylophone and the familiar Reflection ringtone.
While most users still prefer keeping their iPhones on silent mode with vibration alerts, this new tone is likely to tempt many into bringing sound back to their calls.

The addition of “Little Bird” may not just be about sound. It could also symbolize a broader shift in Apple’s approach to identity and design.
According to credible reports, the upcoming iPhone 17 Pro is expected to debut a major design refresh after years of visual consistency. Since the iPhone 11 Pro, the Pro models have sported the same triangular triple-camera layout. Now, Apple is rumored to be moving toward a much larger camera module, marking a significant visual change.
By introducing a catchy new ringtone alongside the anticipated hardware redesign, Apple seems to be creating a new identity for the iPhone both in how it looks and how it sounds.
