Sanchez announced their marriage on Instagram late Friday evening, posting a cheerful picture of the pair. She donned a white lace dress, while Bezos appeared in a traditional tuxedo.
The event took place on the lush island of San Giorgio Maggiore, with a view of the Doge’s Palace across the Venetian lagoon. Approximately 200 guests arrived via motorboat for the elegant yet personal ceremony.

The wedding was a part of an extravagant three-day celebration that transformed Venice into a hub for celebrity encounters and elite fashion. On Friday night, applause resonated over the lagoon, followed by a heartfelt performance by Matteo Bocelli, the son of renowned tenor Andrea Bocelli.

Luca Zaia, president of the Veneto region encompassing Venice, informed reporters on Tuesday that the wedding festivities for approximately 200-250 attendees are anticipated to range from 40 million to 48 million euros ($47 million to $56 million).
On Friday, Italy’s tourism ministry announced it conducted a study estimating the total economic effect of the wedding at 957 million euros ($1.12 billion), which includes an 896 million euro gain from “media visibility”.
Ivanka Trump, the daughter of U.S. President Donald Trump, and her husband Jared Kushner were among the initial guests to land in Venice on Tuesday. Dozens of other A-listers joined them, including Bill Gates, Orlando Bloom, Tom Brady, the queen of Jordan, Oprah Winfrey, Kris Jenner, and Kim and Khloe Kardashian, along with Domenico Dolce from Dolce & Gabbana.

The couple will enjoy their leisure time at the luxurious Aman Hotel along the Grand Canal. There, George and Amal Clooney tied the knot as well. Bezos and Sánchez have requested attendees to contribute to charity. In exchange, attendees will receive gift bags. These will feature handcrafted Venetian glass from Laguna B and confections from Rosa Salva.
Every guest will be accommodated in premium hotels in Venice. These comprise Gritti Palace, St. Regis, Belmond Cipriani, and Hotel Danieli.
