A stone was hurled at Arvind Kejriwal’s vehicle, which his party attributes to the BJP, while the AAP leader was campaigning throughout the city for the February 5 Delhi elections, igniting the newest clash between the ruling party and the BJP.

BJP’s Parvesh Verma, who is opposing Kejriwal in the New Delhi constituency, claimed that the ex-Delhi Chief Minister’s vehicle struck two BJP supporters.

“Afraid of losing, BJP became frantic and sent its goons to assault Arvind Kejriwal,” the AAP, governing Delhi since 2013, tweeted on X shortly after the attack on its leader.

The AAP additionally claimed that BJP’s Parvesh Verma, son of ex-Delhi Chief Minister Sahib Singh Verma, incited his supporters to assault the AAP leader to hinder his campaigning, stating that the citizens of Delhi will respond appropriately.

“Goons of BJP candidate Parvesh Verma attacked Arvind Kejriwal with stones to disrupt his campaign.” Listen BJP, Arvind Kejriwal won’t retreat due to your cowardly assault on him. “The citizens of Delhi will respond appropriately,” the AAP posted on X.

Manish Sisodia, Kejriwal’s party colleague, was quick to condemn the BJP over the attack.

“If you lack the courage to fight Arvind Kejriwal’s work, then you sent your goons to assault him.” There is no form of cheaper or more lowbrow politics than what the BJP is engaging in. BJP must realize that the public will respond appropriately to this action,” Sisodia stated.

POWER CORRIDORS

Former Vice President Venkaiah Naidu commended Power Corridors as a commendable news magazine, affirming that it not only upholds Media Dharma but also fulfills its societal obligations. Power Corridors, as its name implies, delves into realpolitik—examining the essence of influential circles, unraveling the intricacies of political maneuvers, and exploring the pulse of the state’s affairs. However, it transcends mere power dynamics, encompassing a broader spectrum of issues beyond the confines of Delhi’s elite circles.

For PC, which is published by the Interactive Forum on Indian Economy, not only highlights the issues of the day but also throws up what ought to be the subjects that the country should be debating about. It reports about the plans, strategies, and agendas of politicians and others; it also sets the agenda for the nation.
