Pune Porsche crash: Accused claim family driver was behind the wheel
The 17-year-old youngster involved in the Pune car crash claims that his family driver was behind the wheel at the time of the accident. The minor’s two pals, who were present at the moment of the accident, have supported his statements.
The youngster, son of real estate developer Vishal Agarwal, was in the car that collided with a motorcycle, killing two people. A day prior, a Pune court cancelled his bail and ordered him to be taken to a juvenile home.
However, the most recent update in the case is that the family driver, who was supposedly driving the Porsche on the fateful night, is being questioned by police again today.

In his first statement, the family driver had claimed that he was driving the Porsche when the accident happened.
Vishal Agarwal has also stated that the Porsche was being driven by the driver employed by him.

Meanwhile, Vishal Agarwal’s mobile has been discovered, and efforts are underway to investigate the details of the accident.
Vishal Agarwal, a real estate entrepreneur, was recently detained by Pune Police in connection with his 17-year-old son’s car accident.

Vishal was nabbed on Tuesday
The accident which occurred in Pune, saw the juvenile smashing his Porsche into a bike, killing two people. Agarwal was nabbed early on Tuesday in Maharashtra’s Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar region.
Following the accident, an FIR was lodged against Vishal Agarwal, and the accused immediately made escape plans.
While on the run, Agarwal initially drove to his properties in Pune, including his farmhouse in Daund. He then went to Kolhapur and saw a friend.
Agarwal sent his driver and car to Mumbai to deceive the authorities, while he traveled to Sambhajinagar in a friend’s automobile. Throughout his escape from the cops, he mislead his family about his movements, claiming to be heading to Mumbai.

To avoid being tracked, Agarwal turned off his primary phone and started using a new number. His travels were eventually tracked using the GPS on a friend’s automobile.
The Pune Crime Branch used sophisticated monitoring and GPS tracking to identify Agarwal. They analyzed CCTV footage and intercepted messages from Agarwal to his family. Finally, they found him hiding in a small lodge in Sambhajinagar.
