Zakir said that building such religious places is the biggest sin and attending their inauguration ceremony is also wrong.

These comments of Zakir Naik came when some time ago a young man named Mohammad Zeeshan asked him about getting a job in a temple building company in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). In such a situation, because he is a Muslim, should he do this job or not?

In a video shared on the Huda TV’s YouTube channel, the Islamic preacher can be heard replying to the person, “It’s like when you ask me if I can work for an alcohol manufacturing company, which is a big sin. If a company makes cocaine or marijuana then it is a big sin because these things take the lives of thousands of people but shirk is the biggest sin in Islam. Cannot work for any other religious place except this, it will be considered haram.”

Zakir Naik angry at ‘secular’ Muslim leaders!

Zakir Naik also said that the work of making weapons for terrorists who kill thousands of innocents is more acceptable than the work of building a temple or church.

He further said in the video, “Unfortunately today there are many Muslim leaders in different parts of the world, who go to the inauguration of churches and temples and show that they are secular. This is not tolerance or secularism. In simple ways. you are helping each other to sin.”

POWER CORRIDORS

Former Vice President Venkaiah Naidu commended Power Corridors as a commendable news magazine, affirming that it not only upholds Media Dharma but also fulfills its societal obligations. Power Corridors, as its name implies, delves into realpolitik—examining the essence of influential circles, unraveling the intricacies of political maneuvers, and exploring the pulse of the state’s affairs. However, it transcends mere power dynamics, encompassing a broader spectrum of issues beyond the confines of Delhi’s elite circles.

For PC, which is published by the Interactive Forum on Indian Economy, not only highlights the issues of the day but also throws up what ought to be the subjects that the country should be debating about. It reports about the plans, strategies, and agendas of politicians and others; it also sets the agenda for the nation.
