New images in the Epstein files show sex toys, electric massage devices and masked rooms, reinforcing survivor accounts of “massage” spaces allegedly used to conceal exploitation.

December 20, 2025: As investigators and journalists sift through thousands of pages of newly unsealed Jeffrey Epstein files, attention has largely focused on photographs of powerful and well-known individuals. But buried among the images are photographs that do not show people at all — instead offering unsettling glimpses into objects and interiors that prosecutors and investigators believe may be connected to Epstein’s long-alleged pattern of sexual exploitation.
Several images released by the US Department of Justice depict items found inside Epstein-controlled properties. One photograph shows a vibrator stored inside a drawer, carefully placed rather than discarded, suggesting it was kept for repeated use. Another image captures an electric FlexTone massage device, a commercially available muscle-stimulation product, which has previously appeared in testimonies by victims who described being subjected to “massage” sessions that later escalated into abuse.

Perhaps most striking is an image of a massage chair positioned in a room decorated with masks lining the walls. The setting closely resembles rooms seen in earlier Epstein evidence releases, reinforcing long-standing allegations that Epstein used massage-themed environments to disguise coercive sexual encounters. The masks, which appear ornamental but anonymous in expression, add to the disturbing atmosphere described by survivors in court filings and interviews over the years.

It gets a bit frisky here… we now have a picture of Jeffrey Epstein in his bath, the instruction of a not so harmless sex toy a weird glove and a bunch of weird stuff… Mostly sex toys and borderline illegal material…

Investigators have not publicly stated who used the items or when the photographs were taken. As with many materials in the Epstein files, context is limited, and large portions of surrounding documentation remain redacted. Officials and journalists have repeatedly cautioned that the presence of these objects does not, by itself, prove criminal activity by any individual, nor does it directly link specific people to acts of abuse.
However, legal experts note that such images are often used to corroborate victim testimonies, particularly where multiple survivors independently describe similar rooms, objects, or routines. In Epstein’s case, numerous victims have previously told investigators they were led into rooms equipped with massage tables or chairs under the guise of legitimate therapy before being exploited.

The Department of Justice has acknowledged that the release includes partial and heavily redacted material, warning that some documents and images may lack full explanatory context. This has prompted criticism from transparency advocates, who argue that the blacked-out portions limit public understanding of how these items fit into the broader investigation.
Still, the emergence of these photographs underscores a key reality of the Epstein case: the files are not just about famous names. They also document the infrastructure of abuse — the rooms, objects, and controlled environments that prosecutors say enabled Epstein’s crimes to continue for years, shielded by wealth, influence, and secrecy.
As analysts continue to examine the material, these images are likely to play a crucial role in illustrating how Epstein’s private spaces were allegedly designed to normalize, conceal, and facilitate exploitation — even as many questions about accountability remain unanswered.
