In Cincinnati, Ohio, another Indian student has been discovered dead. As of yet, the reason of death remains unknown. In less than a week, this is the third Indian student to die in the US.

25-year-old Vivek Saini was hammered to death by a homeless man in a store last month. Saini had recently done his MBA in the US. Julian Faulkner, a homeless drug addict had killed Saini, who had been helping him out for a couple of days before the fatal attack.

Neel Acharya, who was studying at Purdue University in Indiana state, was also found dead in the US recently. Acharya, a double major in computer science and data science at the John Martinson Honors College of Purdue University, was reported missing on social media on Sunday and was confirmed dead on Monday.

A resident of Panchkula’s Bhagwanpur village in Haryana, Vivek Saini had completed his Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Chandigarh University.

Saini moved to the US to pursue his studies further. As per Hindustan Times, he was enrolled for the Master’s degree in Business Administration at the Alabama University.

According to his cousin, Simran, who spoke to India Today, he was a “brilliant student,” and was working part time at the Chevron Food Mart at Snapfinger and Cleveland Road in Georgia’s Lithonia.

POWER CORRIDORS

Former Vice President Venkaiah Naidu commended Power Corridors as a commendable news magazine, affirming that it not only upholds Media Dharma but also fulfills its societal obligations. Power Corridors, as its name implies, delves into realpolitik—examining the essence of influential circles, unraveling the intricacies of political maneuvers, and exploring the pulse of the state’s affairs. However, it transcends mere power dynamics, encompassing a broader spectrum of issues beyond the confines of Delhi’s elite circles.

For PC, which is published by the Interactive Forum on Indian Economy, not only highlights the issues of the day but also throws up what ought to be the subjects that the country should be debating about. It reports about the plans, strategies, and agendas of politicians and others; it also sets the agenda for the nation.
