To track and neutralise the terrorists hiding in the dense forest, security forces have deployed advanced technology, including drones and helicopters, alongside para commandos assisting in the operation. The challenging terrain and the terrorists’ efforts to evade capture have prolonged the encounter, making it a significant test for the security forces.
The operation underscores the ongoing security challenges in the region, with the Army and police maintaining a high state of alertness to ensure the neutralisation of the remaining terrorists.
