During winter, it is frequently carbohydrates that you desire, and consuming the incorrect varieties can indeed lead to weight gain.

The nutritionist stated that during winter, you often have cravings for carbohydrates. “Processed choices such as sugar and white bread provide immediate energy but result in crashes.” “Instead, concentrate on protein and fiber to manage cravings,” she states.
