Sunny Leone denied permission to perform at Kerala University
According to Manorama, the vice-chancellor of Kerala University has denied permission for Bollywood diva Sunny Leone‘s dance performance. The show was set to take place on the University College of Engineering campus in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, on July 5, 2024.
According to reports, Kerala University Vice Chancellor Dr. Mohanan Kunnummal asked the registrar to ensure that Sunny Leone’s show is not included in the university’s program list.

In response to the stampede-related deaths at Thiruvananthapuram Engineering College and Cusat, the state government has banned external DJ parties and music nights on campus.
The vice-chancellor stated that, notwithstanding this direction, the University College union attempted to organize a dance program without the university’s consent. He made it clear that such programs would not be tolerated on or off campus under the union’s name under any circumstances.

Sunny on the work front
On the work front, Leone is currently preparing for her Malayalam movie. In April, the actress shared glimpses from the muhurat ceremony.
Sunny Leone has appeared in numerous Bollywood films, including Ragini MMS 2, Jism 2, Kuch Kuch Locha Hai, Ek Paheli Leela, and Mastizaade, among others. Her most recent appearance was in Anurag Kashyap’s 2023 film Kennedy, in which she costarred with Rahul Bhat.
Sunny Leone has worked in South Indian cinema as well as Bollywood, featuring in films such as Thee Ivan and Mrudhu Bhave Dhruda Kruthye. She has also appeared in several music videos, including Mera Piya Ghar Aaya 2.0.
