Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic mansion, Mannat, is a well-known landmark in Mumbai’s Bandra Bandstand neighborhood, attracting hundreds of fans hoping to catch a sight of the Bollywood superstar.

This gorgeous property, located in the upmarket Bandra region, has become something of a tourist attraction, with enthusiasts often lining up for a wave or a snapshot. However, the Badshah of Bollywood is leaving his magnificent house.

Shah Rukh Khan has rented two luxury duplex apartments in Pali Hills, Khar West, for three years.

These homes are owned by the Bhagnani family, with one apartment rented to Shah Rukh for Rs 11.54 lakh per month plus a Rs 32.97 lakh security deposit.

The second flat, owned by producer Vashu Bhagnani, is rented for Rs 12.61 lakh per month with a Rs 36 lakh deposit.

This action comes shortly after Gauri Khan requested permission from the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) to enlarge their historic mansion, Mannat. The project is to construct two more floors to the six-story annexe, increasing its total built-up space by 616.02 square meters.

According to HT, Mannat’s rennovations will begin in May. This includes a long-planned addition to the bungalow that required court approval.

Mannat is a Grade III heritage structure, therefore any renovations require legal permits. As the renovations commence in a few months, Shah Rukh and his family will temporarily relocate to the new location.

According to sources, the four storeys will house the Khan family, security personnel, and workers, as well as some office space. “It is clearly not as capacious as Mannat; there is enough space to accommodate his security and other staff,” a source told the publication.

POWER CORRIDORS

Former Vice President Venkaiah Naidu commended Power Corridors as a commendable news magazine, affirming that it not only upholds Media Dharma but also fulfills its societal obligations. Power Corridors, as its name implies, delves into realpolitik—examining the essence of influential circles, unraveling the intricacies of political maneuvers, and exploring the pulse of the state’s affairs. However, it transcends mere power dynamics, encompassing a broader spectrum of issues beyond the confines of Delhi’s elite circles.

For PC, which is published by the Interactive Forum on Indian Economy, not only highlights the issues of the day but also throws up what ought to be the subjects that the country should be debating about. It reports about the plans, strategies, and agendas of politicians and others; it also sets the agenda for the nation.
