If you use SBI credit cards often, you probably know about receiving reward points for each transaction. These points can be exchanged for various perks such as gift vouchers and in-app purchases. That being said, it is crucial to keep in mind that SBI reward points do have a set expiry date. If not used within a set time frame, they will become invalid.

SBI credit card reward points can be accumulated by making eligible purchases with your SBI credit card. The amount of points received changes based on the card type and spending category. These points collect in your account and can be exchanged for different rewards.

SBI Credit Cards Explained in detail

The expiry date for SBI credit card reward points is set. Failure to redeem points before the expiry date will result in them being forfeited. You can find the expiration date on your monthly credit card statement or on the SBI Card mobile app or website. Keep in mind that there is a Rs. fee for redeeming reward points. Total cost of $99 plus taxes for handling and shipping, especially for redeeming physical products or getting statement credit. This charge is applied for each group that is processed, no matter how many redemptions are included.

To monitor your SBI credit card reward points, you have various options such as examining your monthly credit card statement. Logging in to the SBI Card mobile app or website is also an option. Alternatively, you can simply use the chatbot or opt to give a missed call at 8422845514 for assistance.

How to Redeem

SBI credit card reward points are available for redemption using both online and offline channels. You have the option to access your SBI Card account on the official website https://www.sbicard.com/. Once you have logged in using your username and password, go to the rewards tab. In that place, you can choose from a range of redemption choices like goods, gift certificates, or travel certificates. Select from the available choices and then verify the redemption.

If you are unfamiliar with the digital platform, you can contact SBI Card’s customer service to redeem your points. They are able to help you with the process of redeeming and advise you on the various options.
