Singer-Actor Lucky Ali accuses IAS officer, family of land grabbing
Bollywood musician Lucky Ali has approached the Karnataka Lokayukta, charging Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officer Rohini Sindhuri, her husband, and her brother-in-law of land grabbing. The singer verified the revelation via his official X Twitter.
In his post, the singer identified all of the suspected offenders.
According to Ali, Sindhuri, her husband, and her ‘political’ brother-in-law illegally encroached on land using State apparatus and money.

This is not the first time Ali has mentioned the alleged land snatching.
In December 2022, he tagged the Director General of Police, Karnataka in a thread and stated that his farm, which is a trust property, was being illegally encroached on by Sudhir Reddy and Madhu Reddy from the Bangalore land mafia with the assistance of Sindhuri.
IAS Rohini Sindhuri also involved in another court case
Notably, Rohini Sindhuri is currently involved in a court struggle with Indian Police Service (IPS) officer D Roopa Moudgil.
Sindhuri found on February 18 of last year that Moudgil had made various claims against her in Facebook posts, accusing her of sharing private photos with other IAS officers.

This led to a public spat between the two, prompting the state government to transfer both officers.
On February 21, Sindhuri issued a legal notice to Moudgil and demanded an unconditional apology and Rs 1 crore in damages for the loss of her reputation and mental agony.
On March 24, a Bengaluru court hearing Sindhuri’s private action ordered that a criminal defamation case be initiated against Roopa.
Moudgil then petitioned the High Court to have the same quashed. On August 21, the Karnataka High Court denied her request, causing Moudgil to petition the Supreme Court, where the matter is now pending.
